Downwinder: Pecem/Taiba/Paracuru - Approx. 25km

This can be divided in 2 downwinds. Big waves at Pecem, then flat with waves and some ramps with 3 bays which are absolutely flat. Also good for swimmers at low tide. Launching from the Port Pecem the wind can be a little gusty but if the swell is right there are some big clean waves.

The best time tide going back to lower, obstacles are fishsticks and rocks near the pier. As the beach finishes near Colonia, the vehicles will drive through the town, but the kitesurfers can carry on and meet them in Taiba. Here we'll take a break, then continue to Paracuru, There are no obstacles until The Windmills where the the rocks and fish pools start to appear, at low tides.
